Yellowtail Jack Sushi (hamachi)
CSF member recipe from Michael Lim!
Turn it into sashimi and eat all of it raw!
Ingredients/Directions
yellow jack, cut into sashimi
kombu, slice very thinly and garnish
black garlic, slice thinly and garnish
black truffle essence, sprinkle
light sesame seed oil, drizzle just a little
Prepare wasabi root or paste with a side of shoyu, dip and serve!
