2-minute no tools sushi cone recipe!

“If your kids are like mine, they love homemade sushi with Sea Forager tuna and salmon, but they don't want to wait for rice to cook!” Here's Sea Forager member Gabriel Desjardins’ 2-minute no tools sushi cone recipe:

Ingredients:
- 8.8 oz Tasty Bite microwaveable long grain white rice [Link]

- One tablespoon rice vinegar [e.g. Marukan]

- One teaspoon sweetener [both granulated sugar and liquids like maple syrup are fine]

- Nori sheets [Link]

- Sea Forager sushi fish of choice

- Vegetables like cucumber or avocado

Cooking instructions:

1) Microwave rice for 90 seconds

2) Immediately mix rice, rice vinegar, and sweetener in a bowl

Usually makes 8-10 cones, depending how much rice you use in each cone.
