Halibut ceviche

Worried about over-cooking your halibut? Don’t! Grab a few essentials, marinate and enjoy. It’s party time.
Ingredients:
California halibut filet, slice into smallish pieces
1/2 red onion, diced
1 avocado, diced
cilantro, chopped (however much you like, don’t go too crazy)
1 tomato, chopped
salt, pepper, or tajin is great
juice of 3 limes and 1/2 a grapefruit if you have it
Method
chop it up
toss together
marinate for about 30min-1hour+
serve with chips and your favorite beverage and enjoy!
